Question 1

How much are shipping costs?

admin admin · Accepted Answer

Shipping costs depend on a few things, like the size and weight of the mirror and how far it needs to go. For example, shipping a small 8 by 8-inch mirror differs from shipping a large 20 by 24-inch mirror.

To find out the shipping cost, click the orange "Customize and Add to Cart" button on our website, configure your order, and then click the "Add to Cart" button to proceed to the checkout page.

Once you enter your address, our system will calculate your packaging, insurance, and shipping costs.

Question 2

What is your turnaround time for completion?

admin admin · Accepted Answer

After you place your order, it takes us five business days to design, produce, and ship your laser-engraved mirror.

Here's a quick breakdown:
- Days 1 & 2: We create a digital sample based on your custom image and text.
- Day 3: We send you the sample for approval or revisions. Please respond quickly to avoid delays.
- Days 4 & 5: We produce, pack, and ship your order.

Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. For more details, visit our production and shipping in the FAQ-Order section.

Question 3

Hello, Which type of files do you accept for engraving?

admin admin · Accepted Answer

We accept a wide range of file types, including jpg, jpeg, tif, tiff, png, pdf, eps, doc, and docx, as well as all Adobe and Corel Creative suite files.

If you have a custom design, you can convert it to an EPS or PDF file and upload it during the order process.

Alternatively, if you prefer to send your original file separately, you can mention it in the 'Instructions' section. After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. You can then use that email address to easily send your file via a file transfer service like WeTransfer, Dropbox, or OneDrive.

Question 4

Can you add color?

admin admin · Accepted Answer

We typically convert images (such as photos and logos) to black-and-white (grayscale) images.

However, if your image has solid colors without color gradients, we can add color by using a separate laser pass for each color and filling them in with a spray paint coating. This process is time-consuming and costly, as each color needs to dry for 24 hours.

Question 5

Can you also do custom-size mirrors, and if so, what sizes?

admin admin · Accepted Answer

We offer three mirror shapes—rectangular, round, and square—in sizes ranging from 8 to 24 inches. To view available options, click the product page's orange "Customize and Add to Cart" button, select "Mirror size", to see actual shapes and sizes in stock.

We can create a mirror in a custom size of up to 24 inches. However, custom sizes are more expensive due to the manual cutting and polishing required.

Because we only use real glass mirrors, which we ship worldwide, we don't do mirrors bigger than 24 inches due to the high risk of damage.

Question 6

I'm looking for an engraved mirror with a specific picture in mind. Can you do this? Thanks!

admin admin · Accepted Answer

Yes, we can laser engrave any custom photo or image on our mirrors as long as it meets our moral standards. Whether it's scenery, a person, an animal, a graphic, or text, we can do it.

Just remember that the final result depends on the image quality you upload. That is why we always advise uploading high-resolution images and recommend using our "optimize image" service to ensure the best engraving quality.

Question 7

Is lasergraveren hetzelfde als etsen, zandstralen of gewoon graveren?

admin admin · Accepted Answer

Nee.
