I provided them with a backstory, and presented them with my vision as best I could. I got a response back within a few days, and they went and actually took their time to look into what I had told them. They presented me with with a better picture of his daughter than the one I provided. They also provided me with not 1 design, but 6 different designs. SIX! I ultimately picked one, but wanted to make an edit, they promptly made the edit and got back to me… then I made one last edit and they obliged within an hour. After a few hours, I pulled the trigger and paid the invoice. Within 10 business days the mirror was completed, shipped and received. To say I was satisfied with the results in an understatement. Personally working at a custom glass and mirror shop I was in awe of exactly what they had been able to accomplish. The quality was second to none, it was obvious by just the packing they take pride in their work, then the mirror was absolutely captivating. The GM saw it and said she felt like she could hear the owners daughters voice when she looked at the mirror. I then presented the owner of our glass company with the mirror the following day, and it brought a grown man to tears. He was taken back by the detail, and became overwhelmed with joy. This company right here sets a new standard for quality, pays attention to the details, and does everything the can to make the experience and the product nothing short of flawless. When cancer took my dear brother from us about 2 months ago, a part of me died inside. I thought of having a mirror made with him on it that I could hang in my studio area where he will continue to be with me every time I rehearse and create music. I ordered an etched mirror on December 1st. This was a Christmas gift. I was expecting a lengthy shipping time. To my amazement, the package arrived on the 5th. From the Netherlands to Watertown Wisconsin in 5 days is unbelievable. Everything I hoped for was exceeded. This is probably the best company I've ever ordered from!December 6, 2022
I had so many problems with my order and Mirror Engraving didn't give up on me or my order. When I received my package I opened it up, Oh my, it's beautiful. We are Lauren and Derek Stam, from the suburbs North of Atlanta, GA. USA. We were married on April 10, 2021. The months leading up to our big day were filled with parties and showers. It was an amazing experience feeling all of the love expressed through the giving of gifts and celebrating together, even during a pandemic! I will tell you that I learned a very important aspect to “showering” loved ones with presents. And that is, make sure you give a gift that is from the couples registery’s. UNLESS it is not on their registry, make sure the gift is one very special, unique and thoughtful. This is exactly what my dear family friends that I have know all of my life, gave Lauren and I. Dorsey and Pam Deaton could not attend our wedding but made sure to visit Lauren and I in our home to give us a gift a few weeks after the wedding. After dinner, we gathered in our living room and were presented with a well wrapped box with the words “fragile” written all over it. I thought this was going to be something special! Once all the wrapping was removed, Lauren and I couldn’t believe how beautiful of a gift it was. I have never seen this type of gift before. Not a single gift we received from our registry caused us such joy. We now have it hanging on the wall and is one of the first things you see when you walk into our home. Thank you!!
