Do I need to pay upfront? The answer is NO! During the checkout process, you don’t have to pay!
Our “Show me before I pay” policy means there is no pressure in paying upfront, and you don’t need a credit card yet during the checkout process.
However, if you are 100% satisfied with the design made for you by our in-house team of experts and give us your seal of approval for production, a payment request will be sent to you by email to complete the sale.
Can I Pay instantly?
You can sure do! In fact, if you pay early-- it can reduce your order turnaround time by one or two days.
And even if you are not satisfied with the design our creative team came up with, we will give you a 100% refund with no questions asked!
If your credit card payment somehow won’t go through due to network or any other technical issues, you can always try different payment methods, such as PayPal.
We use 3D-Secure Payments-- which is the most secure payment option on the internet. Make sure you contact your Credit Card company to enable 3D-Secure if you experience payment issues.
